1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SendUrFile (accessible at https://sendurfile.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are personally responsible for compliance with any applicable local jurisdiction statutes. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Use License & Intellectual Property Ownership
Permission is granted to utilize SendUrFile's browser-based transcoders, document engines, and peer sharing capabilities for personal, academic, or commercial purposes.
- User Content Ownership: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to any content you upload, process, or deliver via our services.
- Software Intellectual Property: All interface code, WebAssembly conversion modules, stylesheets, brand names, and logos belong to SendUrFile and AT Associate Delhi. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or mirror proprietary cloud pipelines.
3. User Conduct & Prohibited Activities
SendUrFile maintains a zero-tolerance policy against illegal or malicious usage. Users agree strictly not to:
- Transcode, host, or transmit malicious code, trojans, spyware, ransomware, or rootkits.
- Share copyrighted material without the necessary authorization, commercial license, or fair-use justification.
- Distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or terroristic propaganda. Any CSAM detected will be reported immediately to NCMEC and relevant international law enforcement.
- Deploy automated scrapers, denial-of-service stress tests, or unauthorized security vulnerability fuzzers against SendUrFile servers or APIs.
4. File Share Tunnel Rules & Expiration
Our peer sharing tunnels are intended for temporary document transport:
- Retention Ceiling: All temporary packages expire automatically based on the sender's configuration, up to a maximum hard limit of 7 calendar days.
- No Permanent Storage: SendUrFile is not a long-term cloud backup drive. Files should be preserved on your local devices.
- Instant Deletion: SendUrFile reserves the right to immediately terminate any active tunnel link reported for copyright abuse or harmful content.
5. Premium Subscriptions & Billing
SendUrFile offers optional subscription tiers (Starter, Pro, Enterprise) for enhanced throughput, custom domains, and extended quotas.
- Recurring Subscriptions: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the billing cycle renewal date via your account dashboard.
- Refunds: Refund inquiries submitted within 7 days of purchase are reviewed in good faith where service downtime or technical delivery failures have occurred.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The services and conversion outputs on SendUrFile are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether statutory, express, or implied. SendUrFile makes no guarantees that conversion algorithms will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet specific regulatory compliance standards for your particular sector.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SendUrFile, AT Associate Delhi, or its licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use our tools.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from the use of SendUrFile shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The courts located in New Delhi, India shall possess sole and exclusive jurisdiction over any controversy.
