SendUrFile collects minimal data necessary to deliver secure client-side file transformation and peer link sharing:

• In-Browser Conversion Data: Zero server data collection. File streams processed in your browser's ArrayBuffer memory never touch our network infrastructure.
• File Share Tunnel Metadata: When you utilize our peer tunnel file sharing feature, we temporarily store the uploaded package, filename metadata, password hash, and user-selected expiration timestamp (up to 7 days).
• Technical Log Data: Anonymized server logs including hashed IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referral sources, and request timestamps solely for cybersecurity monitoring and DDoS mitigation.
• Account & Billing Information: For premium tier subscribers, payment transactions are handled entirely by PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways (Stripe / Razorpay). SendUrFile never receives or stores full credit card numbers.

2. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense / DART Cookies

To maintain our fast client-side conversion infrastructure free of charge for global users, SendUrFile may display contextual and programmatic advertisements provided by Google AdSense and certified Google Publishing Partners.

• Google DART Cookies: Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to our website or other websites on the internet.
• Advertising Opt-Out: Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings. You may also opt out of third-party advertising cookies by visiting AboutAds.info and the Network Advertising Initiative.
• Zero Access to Files: Advertising scripts have zero access to file buffers, file names, or conversion outputs in your browser.

For users sharing files via temporary links, our storage clusters operate on a strict 7-day hard ceiling policy. When the configured expiration period elapses (or upon the sender clicking delete), the encrypted payload and its metadata are permanently purged from all disks. We do not maintain archival or offline snapshots of user transmissions.

6. Cryptographic Security Standards

All communication between your browser and our nodes is protected by TLS 1.3 encryption with Perfect Forward Secrecy. For password-protected file shares, cryptographic hashing is conducted using industry-standard salted hashing algorithms prior to storage.
