At SendUrFile, one of our main priorities is the privacy of our visitors. Because our converters compile computational scripts into client-side WebAssembly, we do not upload, read, store, or view your private files. Your data stays on your machine.

2. Cookies and Third-party Integration

We use standard cookies to save user configuration settings (like theme preference). Our advertising partner Google AdSense may place cookies to optimize rendering parameters. These external tags cannot access your in-memory browser canvas or file queues.

3. GDPR, CCPA & Indian Data Protection Act Compliance

We align with international standards. Users hold full rights to request verification. Because we compile data cache locally and retain zero file segments on backend storage vectors, we have no user archives to download or erase.

1. License Grant

Permission is granted to temporarily use SendUrFile's browser-side transcoders for personal or commercial compilation. This is the grant of a software usage license, not a transfer of rights.

2. User Constraints

You agree not to exploit our cloud file tunnel APIs or attempt automated DDoS sweeps on our metadata nodes. All transient tunnel transfers must comply with copyright boundaries. We reserve the right to prune transfer folders violating policy.

3. Disclaimers

SendUrFile provides processing "as is." Symmetrical WebGL filters run on local browser sandboxes. We assume no liability for hardware crashes, thread blocks, or memory exhaustion on client endpoints.
